This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Uladzislau Kremeneuski (identification number 300435303, Georgia) to provide the services of Ariflame, available on the internet at ariflame.com and through the Telegram bot @ariflame_ai_bot (the “Terms”). Performing any of the actions listed in Section 3 means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and conclusion of the agreement.
1. Definitions
Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Uladzislau Kremeneuski, registered in Georgia, identification number 300435303, address: Tbilisi, Zvezsubani settlement, XI micro/district, III quarter, building 54a apt 46, 0178 Georgia.
User — a legally capable individual, individual entrepreneur or legal entity that has accepted these Terms.
Service — the Ariflame software and hardware system that gives the User access to a personal AI agent.
Agent — a program running in an isolated environment of the Operator that performs the User's tasks: writes texts, creates images and videos, prepares documents and presentations, builds websites, handles correspondence and keeps the User's context.
Token — the Service's internal unit of account. Tokens are charged for video editing and for actions that the Operator pays third-party providers for: generating images, video and audio, and collecting data from external sources. A token is not a monetary unit, an electronic means of payment, a digital financial asset, a digital currency or a cryptocurrency, and cannot be exchanged for money except as provided in Section 8.
Subscription — the right to use the Agent during the paid period, with tokens credited according to the plan. The Agent and Agent Pro plans are paid once for the chosen period (1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 12 months; Agent Pro has no 1-week option) and do not renew automatically.
Agent energy — a limit on how much work the Agent itself can do per unit of time: one limit for a short window (about five hours) and one for a week. Its size depends on the plan (Agent Pro has more). When the energy is used up, the Agent continues once the window resets; with the User's consent, work can continue immediately for tokens.
Plan tokens — tokens credited with an Agent or Agent Pro subscription. Purchased tokens — tokens from a separately purchased pack.
Token pack — tokens bought separately from a subscription: for video editing without a subscription or beyond the plan. A pack does not give access to the Agent.
2. Subject matter
The Operator provides the User with access to the Service, and the User pays for it in the manner and on the terms set out in these Terms.
The service is deemed rendered at the moment access is provided: the Service is software that works on demand, and the result of its work depends on the tasks the User sets.
3. How the agreement is concluded
The agreement is concluded when the User performs any of the following actions: starts the Telegram bot @ariflame_ai_bot and completes registration; signs in to the account at ariflame.com; pays for any plan.
By performing these actions, the User confirms that they have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy and accepts them in full.
4. Plans and payment
A subscription to the Agent is the main way to use the Service. Plans currently available for purchase:

The Assistant, Start and Pro plans (their terms and availability are shown in the Service; subscriptions purchased earlier continue on their previous terms, including automatic renewal if it was enabled, see Section 5):

Users without a subscription and users on the Assistant, Start or Pro plans can buy the following packs, where this is provided for by the terms shown to the User in the Service:

The set of plans, packs and free features may differ from User to User and is shown in the Service before payment. In particular, token packs may be available for purchase only with an active subscription. The Service shows at the time of purchase which plans, packs and free features are available to the particular User.
Editing one video costs 10 tokens regardless of its length. Where this is provided for by the terms shown to the User in the Service, the first video of a User who has paid for neither a pack nor a subscription is made free of charge and carries a watermark; once the User pays for any pack or plan, this video is provided without the watermark and without charging tokens.
Current plans are published at ariflame.com and in the Telegram bot. The Operator may change the plans; changes do not apply to a period that has already been paid for.
Payment is made by bank card or with Telegram Stars inside Telegram. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The Operator does not receive or store Users' bank card details: they are processed by a payment provider that complies with PCI DSS requirements.
All prices are in Russian rubles (₽).
5. Subscription, renewal and change of plan
An Agent subscription is paid once for the chosen period: 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 12 months. There is no automatic renewal: no money is charged for the next period until the User pays for it. If a new period is paid before the current one ends, it is added to the remaining term.
The User may switch from Agent to Agent Pro. The unused part of the paid period is credited toward the price of the new plan in proportion to the remaining days; the User pays the difference, which the Service shows before payment. The new paid period of Agent Pro starts on the day of the switch. Tokens on switching work as follows: plan tokens already credited and not yet used stay on the balance; Agent token portions due in future months are cancelled; the first Agent Pro portion is reduced by the amount already credited for the current month of Agent (but not below zero), and further portions are credited at the Agent Pro rate.
If a subscription ended no more than 7 days ago, paying for the same plan resumes it: the period counts from the day of payment, and unused plan tokens are kept. After 7 days, the subscription is taken out anew.
For subscriptions purchased on previous terms with automatic renewal, renewal can be turned off at any time in the Telegram bot or by email to support@ariflame.com; turning it off takes effect from the next period, and the paid period is kept.
6. Tokens and agent energy
Tokens are credited when a plan or pack is paid for and are charged as actions are performed. The cost of an action is shown to the User before it starts. If a video is not produced for reasons on the Operator's side, the tokens charged for it are returned to the User's balance automatically.
Plan tokens of Agent and Agent Pro are valid until the end of the paid period and for 7 more days after it. On renewal (payment for a new period), unused plan tokens are kept, and their validity counts from the new end of the subscription. Plan tokens not used by the end of this term expire and are not refundable.
Purchased tokens (packs) do not expire and stay on the User's balance until used, including after the subscription ends. Tokens of the Assistant, Start and Pro plans do not expire either, whenever the plan was purchased. Plan tokens are used first, then purchased tokens.
Tokens are spent on video editing and on actions that the Operator pays third-party providers for. The Agent's own work does not cost tokens by default but is limited by agent energy: its size depends on the plan, and once a window is used up, the Agent continues when it resets. Energy cannot be bought separately; if the energy is used up, the Service offers to continue for tokens, and tokens are charged only with the User's consent.
The User can see their spending in the Telegram bot and in the account: charges are grouped by type, with the date and cost of each.
7. Results of the Agent's work
Exclusive rights to the results created by the Agent on the User's instructions belong to the User to the extent permitted by law and by the terms of the providers of the models used.
The Operator does not review the content of the results and does not guarantee that they are fit for a particular purpose. The User is responsible for the use of the results, including their publication.
The User agrees not to use the Service to create materials that violate the law or the rights of third parties, or to mislead third parties about the identity of a person or organization.
8. Refunds
The refund procedure is described in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. In short: tokens and the paid subscription period are not refundable (when switching plans, the unused part is credited as described in Section 5); money is refunded if the service was not provided through the Operator's fault.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: the Service depends on third-party model providers and on Telegram.
The Operator is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. The Operator's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the last paid period.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, the User consents to the processing of their data on the terms set out there.
11. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect indefinitely until withdrawn by the Operator. The User may terminate the agreement at any time by writing to support@ariflame.com; settlement on termination follows Section 8.
The Operator may suspend access if Section 7 is violated, after notifying the User; the unused part of the payment is then refunded.
12. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
The parties resolve disagreements through negotiation. A claim is sent to support@ariflame.com and is considered within 10 business days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court at the Operator's place of registration in Georgia, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
