Email and calendar

  • Gmail — Important emails, reply drafts and a tidy inbox. For example: “Find the emails I haven’t answered and prepare drafts.” What the agent can do: read emails and attachments; draft and send emails; manage labels.
  • Google Calendar — Meetings and free time that fit your schedule. For example: “Find an hour this week for a team meeting.” What the agent can do: read calendar events; create and change meetings.
  • Google Contacts — Find a person by name and their contact details. For example: “Find Anna’s email in my contacts.” What the agent can do: read Google contacts.

Documents and knowledge

  • Google Drive — Find a file, read materials and save the result. For example: “Find the latest brief on Drive and turn it into a work plan.” What the agent can do: read and search files on Drive; create and update files.
  • Notion — Pages, knowledge bases and notes for your project. For example: “Add the meeting summary to the project page in Notion.” What the agent can do: read selected pages and databases; create and update entries; access only to the pages you choose.
  • Google Docs — Work with documents through your connected Google Drive. For example: “Read this document on Drive and pull out the key points.” What the agent can do: access to documents through Google Drive; shares the connection with Google Drive.

Tasks and planning

  • Google Tasks — To-do lists, priorities and tasks for the day. For example: “Collect my tasks for tomorrow and pick the three most important.” What the agent can do: read task lists; create, change and complete tasks.
  • Google Sheets — Find and read spreadsheets through Google Drive. For example: “Analyze the sales spreadsheet on Drive and show the trends.” What the agent can do: access to spreadsheets through Google Drive; shares the connection with Google Drive.

You decide what to share

Each service is connected separately. Signing in with Google doesn’t by itself give the agent access to your email or Drive. You grant access yourself through Google or Notion and can revoke it at any time.
